Welcome to Chippapay. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before downloading, installing, or using the Chippapay mobile application (Package Name: com.aditech.chippapay) and our website https://chippapay.com (collectively referred to as the “Service”).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the application.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Chippapay is strictly a rewards commission and affiliate platform withdrawal utility. The application allows users to track affiliate commissions, manage promotional rewards, and execute native commission withdrawals to their personal bank accounts.

CRITICAL REGULATORY EXCLUSION: Chippapay is NOT a bank, digital bank, microfinance institution, lender, or peer-to-peer loan provider. We do not provide retail banking, interest-bearing accounts, interest-free loans, microfinance credit, or any financial lending instruments. All funds handled within the platform represent earned promotional rewards, marketing commissions, or affiliate bonuses.

2. USER ACCOUNTS AND ELIGIBILITY
* Account Creation: To utilize the withdrawal functionality, you must create an account providing an accurate username and a valid email address.
* Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
* Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete bank account details (Bank Name, Account Number, Account Name) when requesting withdrawals. Chippapay is not liable for funds routed to incorrect accounts due to user-entered data errors.

3. AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS AND WITHDRAWALS
* Earning Structure: Commissions are credited based on specific affiliate milestones, referral conversions, or promotional interactions defined clearly on the platform website.
* Withdrawal Execution: Users utilize the native payout fields to transfer settled commissions. Processing times may vary depending on third-party banking networks.
* Fees & Thresholds: Chippapay reserves the right to implement minimum withdrawal thresholds or administrative processing fees, which will always be explicitly displayed before a withdrawal is submitted.

4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Users agree not to exploit, disrupt, or manipulate the platform. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
* Submitting fraudulent affiliate traffic or gaming the reward systems.
* Reverse engineering, modifying, or attempting to intercept the API data flows of the mobile application (com.aditech.chippapay).
* Providing false or stolen banking credentials.
* Using any automated system, robot, or scraper to access the platform.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Chippapay mobile application, its design, logos, brand elements, code layers, source systems, and the underlying website framework are the exclusive property of Chippapay and its legal owners (Aditech). You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app strictly for personal reward management in accordance with these Terms.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
* “As-Is” Basis: The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
* Banking Disruption: Chippapay is not responsible for any delays, failures, or operational errors caused by external commercial banks, payment gateways, or regulatory compliance bottlenecks.
* Indirect Damages: In no event shall Chippapay, its developers, or its parent brand (Aditech) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

7. TERMINATION
We reserve the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to our Service instantly, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent earning activities, or provide malicious technical parameters to our servers.
